- Sura: 9 - at-Tawba (The Repentance) Ayat: 4
إِلَّا الَّذِينَ عَاهَدْتُمْ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَنْقُصُوكُمْ شَيْئًا وَلَمْ يُظَاهِرُوا عَلَيْكُمْ أَحَدًا فَأَتِمُّوا إِلَيْهِمْ عَهْدَهُمْ إِلَىٰ مُدَّتِهِمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الْمُتَّقِينَ (4
علاوہ ان افراد کے جن سے تم مسلمانوں نے معاہدہ کررکھا ہے اور انہوں نے کوئی کوتاہی نہیں کی ہے اور تمہارے خلاف ایک دوسرے کی مدد نہیں کی ہے تو چار مہینے کے بجائے جو مدّت طے کی ہے اس وقت تک عہد کو پورا کرو کہ خدا تقویٰ اختیار کرنے والوں کو دوست رکھتا ہے
[YOUSAF ALI] (But the treaties are) not dissolved with those Pagans with whom ye have entered into alliance and who have not subsequently failed you in aught, nor aided any one against you. So fulfil your engagements with them to the end of their term: for Allah loveth the righteous.
[ PICKTHAL ] Excepting those of the idolaters with whom ye (Muslims) have a treaty, and who have since abated nothing of your right nor have supported anyone against you. (As for these), fulfil their treaty to them till their term. Lo! Allah loveth those who keep their duty (unto Him).
[ SHAKIR ] Except those of the idolaters with whom you made an agreement, then they have not failed you in anything and have not backed up any one against you, so fulfill their agreement to the end of their term; surely Allah loves those who are careful (of their duty).
[ REMARKS : Promise to be kept in all conditions ]

- Sura: 76 - al-Insaan (Man) From Ayat: 8 to 9
وَيُطْعِمُونَ الطَّعَامَ عَلَىٰ حُبِّهِ مِسْكِينًا وَيَتِيمًا وَأَسِيرًا (8
یہ اس کی محبت میں مسکینً یتیم اور اسیر کو کھانا کھلاتے ہیں
[YOUSAF ALI] And they feed, for the love of Allah, the indigent, the orphan, and the captive,-
[ PICKTHAL ] And feed with food the needy wretch, the orphan and the prisoner, for love of Him,
[ SHAKIR ] And they give food out of love for Him to the poor and the orphan and the captive:
[ REMARKS : Ahle Bait(a.s.) made a vow for the love of Allah(swt) and kept fast for 3 days. They gave their food to yateem, miskeen and asser and Allah(swt) sent his belssings and bounties to them. ]

- Sura: 76 - al-Insaan (Man) From Ayat: 8 to 9
إِنَّمَا نُطْعِمُكُمْ لِوَجْهِ اللَّهِ لَا نُرِيدُ مِنْكُمْ جَزَاءً وَلَا شُكُورًا (9
ہم صرف اللہ کی مرضی کی خاطر تمہیں کھلاتے ہیں ورنہ نہ تم سے کوئی بدلہ چاہتے ہیں نہ شکریہ
[YOUSAF ALI] (Saying),"We feed you for the sake of Allah alone: no reward do we desire from you, nor thanks.
[ PICKTHAL ] (Saying): We feed you, for the sake of Allah only. We wish for no reward nor thanks from you;
[ SHAKIR ] We only feed you for Allah's sake; we desire from you neither reward nor thanks:
[ REMARKS : Ahle Bait(a.s.) made a vow for the love of Allah(swt) and kept fast for 3 days. They gave their food to yateem, miskeen and asser and Allah(swt) sent his belssings and bounties to them. ]
