Direction of Qibla

1. Sura: 2 - al-Baqara (The Cow) Ayat: 115

   وَلِلَّهِ الْمَشْرِقُ وَالْمَغْرِبُ ۚ فَأَيْنَمَا تُوَلُّوا فَثَمَّ وَجْهُ اللَّهِ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَاسِعٌ عَلِيمٌ (115

   اور اللہ کے لئے مشرق بھی ہے اور مغرب بھی لہٰذا تم جس جگہ بھی قبلہ کا رخ کرلو گے سمجھو وہیں خدا موجود ہے وہ صاحبِ وسعت بھی ہے اور صاحبِ علم بھی ہے

   [YOUSAF ALI] To Allah belong the east and the West: Whithersoever ye turn, there is the presence of Allah. For Allah is all-Pervading, all-Knowing.

   [ PICKTHAL ] Unto Allah belong the East and the West, and whithersoever ye turn, there is Allah's Countenance. Lo! Allah is All-Embracing, All-Knowing.

   [ SHAKIR ] And Allah's is the East and the West, therefore, whither you turn, thither is Allah's purpose; surely Allah is Amplegiving, Knowing.

   [ REMARKS : East and West all belong to Allah(swt). Wherever one will face and call it Qibla will find Allah(swt) there. Need more clarification. ]
